This is really surprising to see how openly this industry of Legal Terrorism is working in our country! Irrespective of the fact that how honestly and dedicatedly we are fighting for the cause, for society, for childs’ future or for country; this, so called ‘honesty’ of few irresponsible, opportunistic, selfish and coward, both, persons and governments, is the biggest reason of this worse situation of Men in India.
I am really disturbed since last 2 days, following is the reason…
We have a member named Shivendra Kumar Prajapati, in Kanpur; software engineer by profession, working in New Delhi. Like many others he also is a victim of gender biased laws. I know his cases very well personally because he is a good activist and is regular in Daman’s/SIF Kanpur’s weekly meetings.
An FIR was lodged against him u/s 498A/323/504/506 IPC and 3/4 DP Act. This FIR was sent for mediation in Kanpur district court’s Mediation Centre. One fine day, after mediation proceedings Shivendra left for his place. But his wife lodged yet another FIR that after mediation Shivendra along with his advocate thrashed her and threatened her with dire consequences. if she won’t withdraw her FIR.
Mediation failed and charge-sheet was filed in both the FIRs! First one being u/s 498A/323/504/506 IPC and 3/4 DP Act and second being u/s 323/504 IPC.
Both the charge sheets were filed hardly a few days back and Shivendra was preparing for his bail and other legalities when I was shocked to read following news article in Dainik Jagran, on 23/09/2015.

I called up Shivendra to enquire if he knows anything about this and I was surprised to know that 23/09/2015 was actually the due date in court for further hearing; meaning thereby the file of charge sheet u/s 323/504 IPC was put-up few days in advance was a strong coercive order was ensured to oppose Shivendra’s bail application.
In no time I was flooded with news articles from many other news papers…

This was shocking that an innocent man, who is already falsely implicated in multiple false cases, is now being deliberately defamed in news papers, with yet another false allegation.
I tried to enquire further with Shivendra and his advocate! They both were surprised that Adv. Aanand Kumar Sethi was not Shivendra’s wife’s lawyer and has been named in news papers.
I went on enquiring further and came to know that his wife had recently changed her lawyer and has engaged Adv. Aanand Kumar Sethi and as his first step he filed an application in the court that Shivendra has procured US visa with intention to run away from India.
Hon’ble Learned Spl. CJM, Kanpur Nagar, Mr. Gagan Kumar Bharti also was pleased to issued NBW apart from other orders, without verifying anything, in a very controversial manner.
Next morning, i.e. on 24/09/2015, I received a snapshot
I was surprised to see that a Ld. Advocate was actually defaming Shivendra by sharing as his FB status, false story published in news.
This disturbed me badly and i started wondering that how can any person, be it an advocate or a wife, adopt such cheap tactics to defame an innocent man!
I shared his FB post with my comments and also commented thrice on his FB status:

I deliberately challanged him to produce Shivendra’s Visa details if he is true.

Today in morning when I logged in FB, I got a surprise! Adv. Aanand Kumar Sethi also replied on my comment and virtually admitted his deed!
He replied “I m satisfied ur opinion…….. But Work is worship……hum aapna work imandari se nahi karenge to dusra council is kaam KO nahi chodega……….”
Having honestly virtually admitting his deed as “I m satisfied ur opinion…….. But Work is worship”; is this not being cruel?
Trying to hide one’s deed only with as ‘work is worship’ is worse than even being a prostitute who does her work as worship but does no harm to anyone! But here, just for the sake of money, Shivendra’s life is being played with… Isn’t this being irresponsible and opportunistic?
By saying “hum aapna work imandari se nahi karenge to dusra council is kaam KO nahi chodega……….”… Is he not being opportunistic and selfish as a cheap fellow?
My FB friend Dhirendra Singh also commented on his status and following was the result.
On Dhirendra’s comment, Adv. Aanand Kumar Sethi replied that “Bhai Sahab case pehle se chal raha tha hum abhi appear hue hai hame aapne client ke liye hi jayaj work Karna hai…..”
Having replied this to Dhirendra, is he not admitting taking charge of the an ongoing illegal act?
Is he not liable to be prosecuted for this?
Having replied with this, has he not admitted keeping in continuation an already ongoing illegal act, which otherwise being a citizen of India and being a law knowing(?) lawyer, he should have reported?
On that, getting his illusionary success published in news papers; doesn’t this seems like an attempt to satisfy his client’s and his own hollow egos?
Where NCRB data is continuously screaming with the fact that the rate of suicides of husbands is more than twice in comparison to that of wives, is he not doing some wrong which is even against humanity?
With this, is he not being selfish and coward?
I feel short of words to express my feelings of this ‘honesty’ of few irresponsible, opportunistic, selfish and coward persons and governments…
